Pastoral

As a member of pastoral staff, your role will tend to be very varied and it’s common to feel that there are specific areas of your role that you feel less confident about.

Our pastoral courses are all delivered by experienced colleagues who’ll be able to help you develop your skills and knowledge in a range of areas including bereavement, self-harm and SRE. You’ll return to school with practical ideas you can start using right away and with a renewed confidence and enthusiasm.
