Our Creative Education Associates form a diverse team each bringing specialist skills for the benefit of schools and colleges throughout the UK.

We are currently recruiting for three roles:

  • Associate teacher – for teaching student revision days and delivering 1-2-1 interventions
  • Associate trainer – for delivering our large selection of training courses
  • Associate leader – for leadership coaching and consultancy

Eligibility Requirements Key Competencies
Associate Teacher
  • At least 3 years’ experience teaching at Key Stage 4
  • Previous experience as a GCSE examiner
  • Available during term school holidays and half terms
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight, if required

 

  • Inspirational and engaging teaching style
  • Able to build strong relationships and develop instant rapport
  • Have a detailed knowledge of their subject and examination requirements
  • Learn continuously and develop themselves
Associate Trainer
  • At least 5 years’ experience teaching, and 3 years in a middle leadership role
  • Available during term time for at least 10 days per term
  • Be able to travel to at least 2 of our training locations within a day
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight, if required
  • Have some experience of training or coaching colleagues, even if in an informal capacity
  • Highly effective training and communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships and develop instant rapport
  • Have a detailed knowledge of their subject
  • Flexible and adapt to client’s needs
  • Learn continuously and develop themselves
Associate Leader
  • A National Leader of Education, or
  • Leader of an ‘Outstanding’ school in the past 5 years, or
  • An Ofsted Inspector / HMI

 

  • Highly effective coaching and communication skills
  • Have a detailed knowledge of leadership theory and practice
  • Observe practice objectively and provide clear recommendations
  • Flexible and adapt to client’s needs
  • Learn continuously and develop themselves
