One agreement across your schools. Each school runs its own staff, and you see all of them.
Supply and tutoring agencies
Candidates trained before their first booking, and the proof sent to schools in a link.
SEND transport
Drivers and passenger assistants trained and certificated, for council teams and the taxi firms they use.
Just for you
Every course and a certificate for each, for £7 a month or £70 a year. Free for 14 days.
Parents and carers
Short, private courses about what your child is going through, written for parents. From £4 a month.
What you get, whoever you are
Practical courses by people who’ve done the job
Courses from DSLs, SENCOs, heads and specialists. They show you what to say and do the next time it happens.
Certificates anyone can check
Every course ends in a certificate with CPD hours, the date and a renewal date. Whoever you show it to can check it online.
The same training for the whole team
Teachers, TAs, lunchtime staff, the office and governors learn the same things, so everyone responds to a child the same way.
A term’s training set in one sitting
For organisations: choose the courses, add a deadline and send one link. Staff are reminded, and you’ll see who’s overdue.
Where most schools start
From this year’s safeguarding update to helping a child who’s anxious about coming to school.

Frequently asked questions
Who is it for?
Any adult who works with children, and the organisations they work for: schools and colleges, trusts and local authorities, supply and tutoring agencies, and SEND transport teams. You can also join on your own, whatever your role. Parents and carers have their own courses, written for parents rather than staff.
Can I use it on my own, without my school?
Yes. An individual membership gives you every course and a certificate for each, for £7 a month or £70 a year including VAT, free for the first 14 days. You can cancel any time before your next renewal. If you only need one course, it’s £51 including VAT, with 12 months to finish.
How is it priced?
Schools pay one price a year set by their size, from £595 to £1,645 excluding VAT, with every member of staff included. Trusts, local authorities, agencies and SEND transport teams get a quote. Individuals pay £7 a month or £70 a year, and parents £4 a month or £40 a year, both including VAT.
Will my certificate be accepted?
Each certificate shows your CPD hours, the date you finished and when it’s due for renewal, and anyone can check it online. Our courses aren’t accredited by an external body; whether a certificate meets a particular requirement is up to the employer or body asking for it.
We tried online CPD before and staff didn’t use it. Why would this be different?
Because it doesn’t rely on anyone remembering. Every course you set has a date. Staff are reminded before it’s due and twice after it, and the first screen you open shows who hasn’t started and who’s overdue. The courses are short and start from a real situation, so they fit a PPA slot. Try it with ten staff for 14 days and see how many finish.
See if your staff will use it
Try it with up to ten staff for 14 days: every course, the reminders and the records. If you join, everything they’ve done carries over.
